Job Summary
Delivery Driver responsible for loading/unloading trucks and delivering merchandise to customers’ homes or businesses; duties include obtaining customer signatures on receipts, maintaining vehicle and delivery records, monitoring vehicle safety and maintenance, stocking shelves, assembling merchandise, and assisting with related store/warehouse tasks. Emphasizes adherence to delivery standards and company values, with emphasis on safe driving, physical dexterity for loading/unloading, and customer service throughout the delivery process.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- six months experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- valid State Drivers License
- DOT requirements (Medical Examiners Certification and Driver’s DOT qualification file)
- at least 21 years old
