Job Summary
Cannabis Delivery Driver / Budtender Support responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers and assisting in-store as a budtender when not on deliveries. Role requires open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; hybrid duties involve on-the-road delivery and retail floor responsibilities. Utilize Motive technology for GPS tracking, dashcams, and Hours of Service monitoring; verify IDs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain delivery logs, and provide high-quality customer service. Strong focus on safety, regulatory adherence, and professionalism in a growing, regulated industry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record; must provide MVR
- Must pass comprehensive background check (criminal history screening per state cannabis licensing rules)
- DMV record review
- Employment verification and other regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery personnel
- Previous delivery, courier, retail, or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis products, regulations, and compliance procedures a plus
- Comfortable using mobile apps, GPS, and tracking systems such as Motive
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to walk short distances and use stairs for deliveries
- Manual dexterity for handling products and operating devices
- Capable of standing during retail shifts when covering the dispensary floor
