Job Summary
Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van while providing exceptional customer-first service and resolving returns or refunds with the online shopping and customer service teams. Operate the delivery vehicle safely, adhering to road rules, and maintain the van to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness. Achieve operational standards for the Online Shopping Department and perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 pounds. Work throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions using mobile technology and GPS applications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, full class 5 provincial driver's license from BC
- Clean driver's abstract
- Current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain
- Experience in a customer service-related role
- Strong work ethic and 'let's get it done' attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing
- Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions
- Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones
