Job Summary
Deliver pizzas to customers within a designated area using a personal insured vehicle and navigational skills for multi-story buildings. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and coolers, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, make correct monetary change, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facilities daily, unload bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and carry large cases or trays of dough. Perform outside tasks in varying weather conditions while maintaining strict quality control standards.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
