Delivery Driver

Load packages at the station, navigate using a mobile device, and deliver safely to customers in the Northwest Suburbs. Operate delivery vehicles professionally while obeying all road rules to maintain zero safety violations on the Netradyne system. Achieve daily and weekly performance standards across routes averaging 170 to 195 stops. Use earbuds for music only; phones are prohibited while on the clock. Complete a three-day paid training course before starting independent nursery routes. This full-time role requires 35-40 hours per week, including weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) and a 4-on-3-off schedule. Candidates must obtain a Non-CDL Class C license and DOT card within 45 days.
