Job Summary
Delivery Driver/Coordinator in Markham, Ontario responsible for coordinating next-day delivery routes, reviewing orders in the TMS, ensuring safety and maintenance of vehicles, providing white-glove service at client sites, and acting as primary contact for delivery issues. Role involves unloading and placing items at delivery locations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety inspections, supporting warehouse/pharmacy operations, and upholding high standards of service and accuracy in deliveries to medical clinics and pharmacies across Ontario. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of delivery experience, Ontario Class G license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50lbs; on-site, full-time position with 40 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Delivery Driver
- Valid driver's license (Class G) in Ontario
- Must have a clean driving record
- Experience driving delivery van or truck is an asset
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience delivering to and from medical clinics or pharmacies is a strong asset
- Must be bondable and insurable and complete a criminal background check
