Job Summary
Delivery Driver who safely operates a Class C flatbed vehicle to deliver tools, fasteners, and materials to jobsites, warehouses, and residential customers; provides friendly, professional customer service at each delivery location; assists with warehouse duties including picking, staging, receiving, stocking, and loading; reports vehicle, delivery, or route issues promptly; follows all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications include a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, forklift experience preferred, and high school diploma or GED. 1+ year of delivery experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday with daytime hours; location Chesapeake, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Security clearance to make deliveries on naval bases
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Forklift experience preferred (training available)
- 1+ year of delivery experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings
