Job Summary
Secure goods and products inside the truck or trailer to minimize transit damage. Read routing manifests to deliver products using a truck, forklift, pallet jack, and/or hand truck. Accurately record invoices and credits on route manifests, verify payment for invoices, and collect or pick up empty containers, rejects, or unsold merchandise. Document customer receipt of products, obtain signatures for pickups, and perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Clean the assigned delivery vehicle and trailer, including sweeping, discarding trash, and washing windows. Suggest improvements for warehouse profits, quality, and service. Tuesday through Friday 4-10 schedule with three day weekends. Pay range $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- CDL class A
- 21 years of age
- Clean driving record
- No SR22 insurance
- Copies of your CDL and DMV record
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 170 pounds
- Operates a pallet jack and hand cart
Desired Qualifications
- Beverage delivery experience
- Good customer relations skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
