Job Summary
Complete approximately 175 package delivery stops and 350+ packages daily while safely operating and inspecting a company delivery van. Deliver packages on time across rural and urban routes in Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert, using a smartphone for GPS, package scanning, and team communication. Enter and exit the van frequently while walking, bending, and climbing stairs, following all driving laws and safety policies. Work four 10-hour shifts per week starting at 10:30 a.m., with mandatory Saturday or Sunday coverage. Handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds outdoors in Arizona weather. Submit to background, MVR, and drug tests. No CDL required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Comfortable handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat and other weather conditions
- Must be willing to submit to employer-paid background and MVR checks
- Must be willing to submit to a 4-panel drug test, which does not include pre-employment marijuana testing
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready for a fast-paced route
