Job Summary
Delivery Driver for Brame Specialty Company. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am start with completion of routes; no nights or weekends. Drive a 26-foot box truck to deliver products to customer locations, obtain signatures and photos as proof of delivery, pick up returns, perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, adhere to DOT standards and safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and interact with customers professionally while using GPS/navigation tools. Maintain delivery records, support team efforts to improve service quality and safety, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card
- Ability to drive safely and follow routes and customer requirements
- Ability to use navigation tools (GPS, smartphone apps, handheld devices)
- Ability to maintain logs and delivery documentation
- Professional, dependable, and courteous demeanor
- Ability to pass background screening, motor vehicle report review, and drug testing requirements
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
- Ability to unload packages and lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to work in varied weather conditions
