Job Summary
Load, secure, and unload goods for daily deliveries and collections. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely customer service while providing a professional experience during home and business visits. Support warehouse stock handling activities and engage in monthly store meeting sessions to advance sales and market share. Welcome customers with informed conversations and personalized proposals to support the store's monthly customer contact plan. Work 30 hours per week across store opening hours of 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 6-hour daily schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role
- Manual driving license held for minimum of 2 years
- 30 hours per week
- 7:00am–5:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- 6 hours per day
