Required Qualifications

• •Must be 18 years of age or older
• •Must have a valid driver's license
• •At least 2 years of licensed driving experience
• •1 year of licensed driving experience if you are 19 years of age or older (learner's permit time counts toward this requirement)
• •Must have valid auto insurance
• •Your name must be listed as an insured driver on the policy
• •Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• •Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• •Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• •Must be able to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to carry large bags/boxes/crates weighing up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to push a stack of trays on a dolly weighing approximately 24 - 30 pounds
• •Must be able to climb stairs or a ladder
• •Must be able to stoop and bend
• •Must be able to reach above 72 inches
• •Must have near and mid-range vision
• •Must have depth perception
• •Must be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

• •Must be able to work in conditions with rain, fog, sleet, snow, ice, wind, and dust
• •Must be able to work with sudden changes in temperature
• •Must be able to work with fumes from food odors
• •Must be able to work with exposure to cornmeal dust
• •Must be able to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
• •Must be able to work with hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500 degrees or higher
