Job Summary
Operate an insured vehicle to deliver pizzas within a designated area, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, walk-in coolers, and workstations. Prepare product, receive and process telephone and in-person orders, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facilities daily. Handle bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using a hand truck and carry trays of dough. Work varying weather conditions, temperatures from 36 to 90 degrees, and cramped quarters.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

- Must be able to carry trays of pizza dough three at a time weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Must be able to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds
- Must be able to pull trays
