Job Summary
Delivery Driver for Domino's Pizza franchise: makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes; inspects vehicle before deliveries; maintains high standards of customer service in a fast-paced setting; communicates with management, dispatcher, and customers; handles currency and credit transactions; follows food preparation, assembly, and presentation procedures; reads order slips and prepares orders; assembles and folds boxes, labels, and promotional materials; assists with prep and maintains cleanliness; builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and timely delivery; adheres to company policies and participates in cross-training and teamwork across departments; flexible to take on additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid state driving license
- Vehicle capable of driving upwards of 100 miles per day
- Maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law
- Able to pass applicable MVR and background checks
- Possess a cell phone to use for calling customers
- Able to read a map and interpret GPS directions
- Navigate delivery area including multi-story buildings and various sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
