Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes, inspect vehicle, communicate with customers and management, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, handle currency/credit transactions, follow food prep and safety guidelines, assemble and prepare orders, assist with prep and station maintenance, and contribute to a positive store-wide operation. Requires reliable, friendly performance, ability to navigate routes, read orders, and work with dispatcher to ensure timely deliveries; prior driving experience and a valid license required.
Required Qualifications
- Be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Two (2) years driving experience
- Possess a valid state driving license
- Have use of a properly maintained, licensed vehicle capable of driving upwards of 100 miles per day
- Ability to pass MVR and background checks
- Cell phone for calling customers
- Reading a map and using GPS directions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle monetary transactions (make correct change)
- Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards
- Ability to read order slips and prepare orders
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
