Delivery Driver (4385)

Deliver pizzas and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes; inspect vehicle before deliveries; review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs; maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations; communicate clearly and positively with management and team members; provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly; maintain ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing; handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately; follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation; build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation; resolve complaints promptly and professionally; take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete; assemble and fold boxes, affix labels and promotional materials as needed; assist with prep; read order slips or receive verbal instructions to prepare orders according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously; clean, stock and restock work stations and display cases; adhere to all quality standards, principles, guidelines and policies; perform other duties as assigned; company-wide responsibilities include promoting company policies, ensuring attendance, providing and receiving feedback, maintaining communication with co-workers, cross-training, coordinating with management, keeping an organized workspace, confidentiality, and supporting team objectives.
