Job Summary
Delivery Driver responsible for making pizza and items deliveries to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes, inspecting vehicle, reviewing deliveries with customers, and maintaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced setting. Role requires handling currency and credit transactions, coordinating with store and dispatcher for efficient routing, reading order slips, preparing orders as specified, stocking and cleaning work areas, and assisting with prep. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication with management and team members, adherence to quality standards and policies, and willingness to take on additional duties as needed. Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, have access to a reliable vehicle capable of long daily mileage, pass MVR and background checks, and be able to read maps and navigate delivery areas." ,
Required Qualifications
- Be no less than eighteen (18) years of age
- Possess a valid state driving license
- Have use of a properly maintained, licensed and street-legal vehicle capable of driving upwards of one hundred (100) miles per day
- Ability to pass applicable Company Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background checks
- Ability to read a map and use GPS directions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to calculate monetary change accurately
