Job Summary
Execute daily deliveries following set routes and GPS tracking while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely product arrival to thousands of patients. Meet personal sales volume, hospitality, and marketing objectives by driving repeat business through local networking, customer data capture, and loyalty program engagement. Provide first-class delivery service with authentic self-leadership, maintaining cash handling accuracy and adhering to all driving laws and policies. Ensure products are delivered safely and in a timely manner to support online profitability and department goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be available for day shifts
- Must be available for night shifts
- Must be able to meet/exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals
- Must be able to meet/exceed Hospitality and Marketing objectives
- Must be able to meet/exceed delivery targets
- Must be able to ensure accuracy of items being delivered
- Must be able to follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries
- Must be able to read maps or set GPS to determine and track daily route
- Must be able to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner
- Must be able to ensure Accuracy in cash handling
- Must be able to drive in accordance to all driving laws
- Must be able to Add value to the team by being authentic and confident self-leader who strives to execute our world class hospitality program
- Must be able to Drive repeat business through strong local grass roots networking, customer data capture and our loyalty program
- Must be able to Execute high customer experience standards, to include a 'showtime' culture
- Must be able to Lead customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge
