Job Summary
Deliver 200-450+ packages daily using a company-provided van, GPS, and phone while maintaining a consistent pace throughout a 10-hour shift. Enter and exit the vehicle 200+ times, lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs, and walk approximately 10 miles over uneven surfaces in all weather conditions. Provide excellent customer service while working independently with dispatcher support. This physically demanding role requires working at least one weekend day with a start time around 10:15 AM. Paid training is provided, and full-time employees may access benefits, overtime, and internal promotion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening (no THC testing)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and on time for scheduled shifts
- Comfortable working independently and staying on pace
- Able to work at least one weekend day
