Job Summary
Complete about 150 package delivery stops daily driving box trucks or step vans on residential and business routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, scan, organize, load, and deliver packages using GPS for safe and accurate routing. Handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds without damage or injury. Work full-time Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, starting at 8:30 a.m. until deliveries are complete, with part-time weekend shifts available. Submit to background checks, MVR reviews, drug tests, and DOT physicals. Join McBryde, Inc., a FedEx contractor building a safety-focused team in Norfolk, VA.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Driving, delivery, courier, outdoor, or heavy manual labor experience
- Comfortable working outside in all weather
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Willing to submit to an MVR review
- Willing to submit to a drug test
- Willing to submit to a DOT physical
