Job Summary
Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely while demonstrating the customer WOW steps. Confirm every order by repeating it for accuracy and verifying the name and address. Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily without exception. Ensure drivers have $1 in coin change and say "Let me get your change" on every order. Maintain a neat, clean vehicle image and avoid carrying more than $20 while on the clock. Complete the Safe Delivery CBT before starting. Wash hands prior to making products and follow proper procedures. Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to place in the oven.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order NO EXCEPTION
- No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
- Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
- Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
- Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed
