Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while communicating with customers and co-workers. Clean equipment and the facility daily. Perform accurate mathematical calculations for monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Work in varying temperatures, including coolers and hot work areas, while lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing trays. Orientation and training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add/subtract/multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
