Job Summary
Deliver pizza and ingredients across designated areas, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain while carrying product up to 50 pounds. Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and walk-in coolers, prepare products, and receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Operate all equipment and handle bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck. Make correct monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work in varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Licensed in the US for at least the last 2 years minimum
- Ability to prove licensed driving history
- Must be an insured driver on the insurance policy for the vehicle
- Vehicle must be registered
- Customer service skills
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

- Ability to lift bulk product deliveries
- Ability to carry cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Ability to push trays which are placed on dollies
- Ability to climb stairs or a ladder
- Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist
- Ability to crouch/squat
- Ability to reach above 72 inches occasionally
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Ability to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to ensure vehicle meets safety standards
- Ability to pass periodic delivery vehicle inspection
