Job Summary
Operate delivery vehicles to transport products and marketing materials to customer doorsteps, navigating adverse weather and multi-story terrain. Stock ingredients from storage and walk-in coolers, prepare products, and process telephone orders while maintaining inventory and completing paperwork. Clean equipment and facilities daily, manage cash transactions, and use computers or touch screens to enter orders. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds, pushing dollies, climbing stairs, and bending at the waist during pizza assembly. Requires a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wrist and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Ability to stand

- Ability to carry large cans weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces
- Ability to carry pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds
- Ability to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Ability to push a stack of trays weighing 7.5 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
