Job Summary
Assemble, load, and transport customer orders while adhering to assigned routes and road safety. Drive safely to and from the store and customer doors, ensuring hot items stay warm and cold items remain chilled. Route orders in the Pulse system within one minute of leaving the store, collect payments, and manage cash receipts. Listen to and resolve customer complaints, maintain a clean and stocked vehicle and work area, and sweep floors and mop nightly. Assist with kitchen tasks, phone orders, and general cleaning when necessary. Arrive on time in full uniform with a clean, gas-filled vehicle. Requires two years of driving experience, a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate, and the ability to pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clean, reliable transportation with valid Insurance
- Own reliable transportation that you keep clean and free of debris
- Can read, understand and follow a map
- Able to pass a Criminal Background check and a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required
- Is able to understand and work with numbers
- Can follow directions and achieve goals
- Is able to communicate effectively to a variety of clientele
- 2 years driving experience and history is required for anyone age 18
- 1 year driving experience and history is required for anyone age 19+
- Is able to follow a schedule, be on time, wear proper uniform and work swiftly with smart hustle
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience does help when greeting customers, answering potential inquiries, and handling complaints
