Job Summary
Deliver product by car and then to the door of customers within the designated delivery area; deliver flyers/marketing materials as needed; process orders via phone and in person; handle inventory and paperwork related to orders; operate calculates and POS systems; maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced restaurant environment; communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to ensure accurate order fulfillment; perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and navigating stairs or multiple floors as part of deliveries; adhere to company standards for customer service and quality control.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Access to insured vehicle
- Ability to deliver product by car within designated delivery area
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Basic math skills to handle monetary transactions and change
- Ability to operate a computer or touch screen to enter orders
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds as part of delivery duties
