Job Summary
Delivery Driver duties include operating equipment and delivering products by car to customers, stocking ingredients, taking and processing telephone orders, handling inventory and paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities. Role requires navigating to designated delivery areas, using maps and a calculator for monetary transactions, communicating with customers and coworkers, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and standing during shifts. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to navigate to addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
