Job Summary
Assemble, load, and transport customer orders while adhering to assigned routes and road safety. Drive safely to and from all deliveries, collecting payments and obtaining signatures for card transactions. Listen to and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and driver area, ensuring heat bags are intact and floors are swept and mopped as needed. Assist in kitchen operations, box stocking, and general store cleaning when necessary. Arrive on time in uniform with a clean, reliable vehicle and full gas tank. Pass criminal and motor vehicle record checks, hold a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate, and demonstrate two years of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clean, reliable transportation with valid Insurance
- Own reliable transportation that you keep clean and free of debris
- Can read, understand and follow a map
- Able to pass a Criminal Background check and a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required
- Is able to understand and work with numbers
- Can follow directions and achieve goals
- Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Is able to follow a schedule, be on time, wear proper uniform and work swiftly with smart hustle
- Is able to communicate effectively to a variety of clientele
- 2 years driving experience and history is required for anyone age 18
- 1 year driving experience and history is required for anyone age 19+
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience does help when greeting customers, answering potential inquiries, and handling complaints
