Job Summary
Assemble, load, and transport food orders while adhering to assigned routes and road safety standards. Route orders through the Pulse routing program within one minute of leaving the store, collect payments, and verify signatures for card transactions. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and driver area, ensuring heat bags are intact and all extras are included in orders. Sweep floors, mop at night, wash dishes when available, and assist with kitchen tasks or phone orders as needed. Listen to and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a professional demeanor. Must possess a clean, reliable vehicle with valid insurance and two years of driving experience. Requires a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate and the ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle record checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clean, reliable transportation with valid Insurance

- Can read, understand and follow a map
- Able to pass a Criminal Background check and a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required
- Is able to understand and work with numbers
- Can follow directions and achieve goals
- Is able to communicate effectively to a variety of clientele
- 2 years driving experience and history is required for anyone age 18
- 1 year driving experience and history is required for anyone age 19+
- Must be able to wear proper uniform
- Must be able to work swiftly with smart hustle
- Must be able to be on time
- Must be able to stand and move on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to perform frequent hand sanitization
- Must be able to work in a warm, bustling, and potentially noisy environment
- Must be able to work around triple stack conveyor belt ovens, multiple warming shelves and carts on wheels
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience does help when greeting customers, answering potential inquiries, and handling complaints
