Job Summary
Deliver orders safely to homes and businesses while providing friendly, top-tier customer service. Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently. Assist with food preparation, make-line tasks, restocking ingredients, and organizing storage areas including the walk-in cooler. Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready. This role requires a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history, a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess strong navigation skills, and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with extreme temperature ranges and physical demands involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Earn up to $15–$20 per hour with opportunities for promotion from within.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving history
- A reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy)
- Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Ability to navigate the delivery area efficiently (GPS proficiency)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum)
- Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high
- Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances
- Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force)
- Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making)
- Near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces
- Ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone
- Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew
