Job Summary
Deliver orders safely to homes and businesses while providing friendly, top-tier customer service. Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently, and assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime. Restock ingredients, organize storage areas including the walk-in cooler, and help keep the facility and equipment clean. This role requires a valid driver's license with one year of driving history, a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks. You must navigate the delivery area efficiently and stand for long periods while lifting supplies up to 50 lbs. Earn up to $15-$20 per hour including tips and mileage, with full-time or part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving history
- A reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy)
- Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Ability to navigate the delivery area efficiently (GPS proficiency)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum)
- Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high
- Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances
- Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force)
- Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making)
- Near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces
- Ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone
- Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew
