Job Summary
Deliver pizzas to customers within designated areas using a personal insured vehicle and navigating maps for multi-story buildings. Operate delivery equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and coolers, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders, make correct monetary change, and enter orders via computer or touch screen. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork while adhering to strict quality control standards. Work under varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees, lifting bulk products up to 50 pounds and carrying trays of dough.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- navigational skills to read a map
- ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- ability to make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
