Job Summary
Answer every phone call and assist carryout customers politely while demonstrating the customer WOW steps: apologize, fulfill their request, and provide an extra item. Verify pepperoni and ham counts on every order regardless of toppings, and repeat each order to confirm accuracy and address. Ensure drivers carry at least one dollar in coin change and state, "Let me get your change," on every transaction. Maintain a clean, positive vehicle image and adhere to safety protocols, including completing the Safe Delivery CBT and prohibiting pocket knives or weapons. Wash hands prior to product preparation and follow all proper procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order NO EXCEPTION
- No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
- Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
- Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
- Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed
