Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and beverages to customer homes and businesses safely and on time using GPS and navigation tools. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and organization. Assist with in-store duties including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service during non-delivery periods. Represent the Domino's brand professionally in all interactions and ensure order accuracy through detailed record-keeping. Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak times. This role requires a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be 18 years or older with strong customer service skills and familiarity with local routes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the local area
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Proficiency in using digital devices for order processing and navigation
- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist with in-store duties
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries effectively
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Far vision and night vision for driving

- Must be able to crouch and squat occasionally
- Must be able to reach up, down, and forward continuously
- Must be able to reach above 72 inches occasionally
- Must have eye-hand coordination
- Must be able to use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel
- Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Must be able to shape pizza dough
- Must be able to manipulate a pizza peel
- Must be able to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching
- Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties
- Must be able to climb five or more flights of stairs
