Job Summary
Delivery Expert (Driver) responsible for delivering pizza, sides and other menu items to customers, projecting a positive image, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include reading area maps, taking orders in person and over the phone, handling cash and tips, stocking and stocking toppings, assisting with in-store tasks, delivering leaflets, and complying with safety and driving requirements. The role emphasizes friendly in-store interaction, timely deliveries, adherence to traffic laws, and contributing to a fast, team-focused work environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance
- Must have clean, unrestricted driving record
- Must have clean, reliable and safe vehicle
- Ability to read area maps
- Ability to take orders over phone and in person
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to use Domino’s specific equipment
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Must be able to stand, walk and drive for long periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to navigate varying weather conditions
- Flexibility in hours
