Job Summary
Receive and process customer orders from in-store and phone channels, then prepare all products and stock ingredients in storage, production, and walk-in cooler areas. Clean equipment and facility daily, distribute marketing materials, and communicate verbally with customers and team members while maintaining a positive attitude. Navigate designated delivery areas using maps and read addresses, handling adverse weather conditions and multi-story buildings. Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and reach up to 50 pounds rarely, climbing ladders for maintenance and navigating five or more flights of stairs during deliveries. Perform tasks while standing for extended periods, walking briskly or running between locations, and using a computer keyboard and touch screen to enter orders.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- ability to drive in adverse weather conditions including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail
- positive and helpful attitude
- willingness to conform to all image and uniform standards of Domino's Pizza
- ability to work alone and with others
- desire to meet high quality control standards, even in fast-paced circumstances
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- ability to make correct monetary change
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen
- strong hand/eye coordination
- ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time
- willingness to remain in a standing position for extended periods of time
- willingness to walk briskly or run when safe to do so between the store and delivery vehicle and between the delivery vehicle and the customer's location
- willingness to lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to rarely lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to infrequently climb ladders to perform cleaning duties, change signs, perform maintenance
- willingness to navigate five or more flights of stairs
- willingness to crouch, bend, and reach when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning
