Job Summary
Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders and delivering excellent customer service. Uphold RPM and Domino's brand standards, maintain store cleanliness and food safety, and prepare products accurately. Operate store equipment safely, support inventory organization, and demonstrate effective time management in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive, inclusive team atmosphere while managing flexible schedules with variable hourly pay and tips. Requires 21+ years of age, two years driving experience, and a valid license with a safe driving record.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- at least 2 years driving experience
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing
- Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72"
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools
- For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area
