Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and related products to customers within the designated delivery area. Operate all store equipment, stock ingredients, and process orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person. Navigate using maps to locate addresses, read delivery routes in adverse conditions (including multi-story buildings), and handle monetary transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility, and support training as oriented. Opportunities for advancement from delivery roles into management or ownership are highlighted by the employer. Must meet physical and safety requirements (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional stairs) and maintain a safe driving history for delivery eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
- Customer service and navigation skills
- Ability to read maps and locate addresses
- Able to navigate adverse conditions including multi-story buildings
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Ability to read and process orders
- Ability to enter orders into computer or touch screen
- Ability to perform basic math and monetary transactions
