Job Summary
Operate delivery vehicles to transport pizza orders across designated areas, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain while carrying product up to 50 pounds. Stock ingredients from delivery zones to storage and walk-in coolers, prepare products, and receive telephone orders. Process orders verbally and in person, manage inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Maintain vehicle safety through periodic inspections covering brakes, tires, lights, and other mechanical components. Ensure all vehicles meet company standards before use for business deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Customer service skills
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders

- Minimum of the last 2 years licensed driving history in the United States
- Documentation of at least 2 years of licensed driving history in the U.S.
- Uninterrupted driving history of at least 1.5 years during the last 2 years
- No more than 1 violation and 1 at-fault accident associated within the last 2 years
- No more than 2 violations and 1 at-fault accident associated within the last 3 years
- No more than 3 violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- No distracted driving/inattentive driving violations within the last 3 years
- No serious violations allowed in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass periodic delivery vehicle inspection
