Job Summary
Operate all equipment safely, stock ingredients from deliveries in production areas and walk-in cooler, prepare and prep product, and receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility daily while navigating adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes. Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting cases up to 50 pounds, carrying trays of dough, and using a pizza cutter and peel. Work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- PIP and Bodily Injury coverage
- Customer service skills
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Depth perception
