Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, prepare product, and receive telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings while delivering pizza. Make correct monetary change and process orders verbally or via computer keyboard. Work in varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees. Lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and stack cases onto shelves up to 72 high. Push and pull trays of pizza dough using dollies. Perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders to change prices on signs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks

- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
