Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, and receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carry pizza sauce weighing 42 pounds, and push or pull trays of dough. Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and varying weather conditions while performing outside tasks. Work in temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above, handling hot surfaces up to 500 degrees. Perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards. Orientation and training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
