Job Summary
Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely while demonstrating the WOW steps: apologize, fulfill the order, and provide something extra. Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily regardless of topping amount, and repeat every order to confirm accuracy, name, and address. Drivers must have $1 in coin change and say "Let me get your change" on every order, carrying no more than $20 while on the clock. Maintain a neat, clean vehicle image, avoid pocket knives or weapons, and ensure all drivers complete Safe Delivery CBT. No one clears pizzas before they are ready for the oven, and drivers must not be routed or checked in early. Wash hands prior to making products and follow only proper procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order NO EXCEPTION
- No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
- Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
