Job Summary
Answer phone calls, assist carryout customers, and demonstrate the customer WOW steps by apologizing, fulfilling requests, and providing extras. Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, confirm name and address for each order, and repeat orders for accuracy. Maintain a perfect image, keep vehicles neat and clean, and ensure drivers have $1 in coin change while saying "Let me get your change" on every order. Carry no more than $20 on the clock and avoid pocket knives or weapons. Complete Safe Delivery CBT and wash hands prior to making products.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order NO EXCEPTION
- No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
- Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
- Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
- Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed
