Job Summary
Operate an insured vehicle to deliver pizza within designated areas, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain while maintaining a safe driving record. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers, prepare product, and receive telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and process paperwork. Make correct monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. This role offers flexible scheduling and potential advancement to management or franchise ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- navigational skills to read a map
- ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
