Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, prepare product, and receive telephone orders. Navigate designated delivery areas, locate addresses, and process orders both over the phone and in person while managing customer service interactions. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to handle monetary change and compile data. Complete associated paperwork, take inventory, and clean equipment and facility daily. Lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, carry large cans and pizza trays, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- customer service skills
- navigational skills to read a map
- ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
