Job Summary
Delivery Driver for RPM Pizza (Domino’s franchise) responsible for providing a friendly, engaging customer experience, delivering orders within designated delivery area, upholding brand standards, maintaining store cleanliness and food-safety standards, taking orders, and supporting inventory/restocking. The role emphasizes safe driving, timely delivery, effective communication, basic math, teamwork, and operation of standard kitchen/office tools within a fast-paced environment; includes opportunities for training, advancement, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision coverage (for eligible teammates over 30 hours/week during the measurement period), 401(k), product discounts, and overtime eligibility. The position is non-exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- at least 2 years driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
