Job Summary
Process orders over the phone and in person using a touch screen computer system while accurately calculating monetary change and performing basic math. Navigate designated delivery areas, reading maps to locate addresses within multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites while carrying product through adverse terrain. Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to ensure clear, upbeat interactions during delivery. Complete on-the-job orientation and training provided by the company.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Clear and upbeat speaking voice
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
