Job Summary
Receive and process customer orders from in-store and phone channels, then prepare all products and stock ingredients in storage areas, production zones, and walk-in coolers. Clean equipment and the facility daily while distributing various marketing materials. Communicate verbally with customers and team members using a positive attitude. Navigate designated delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and adverse weather conditions, while lifting up to 30 pounds and climbing ladders for maintenance tasks. Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- ability to drive in adverse weather conditions including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail
- positive and helpful attitude
- willingness to conform to all image and uniform standards of Domino's Pizza
- ability to work alone and with others
- desire to meet high quality control standards, even in fast-paced circumstances
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- ability to make correct monetary change
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen
- strong hand/eye coordination
- ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time
- willingness to remain in a standing position for extended periods of time
- willingness to walk briskly or run when safe to do so between the store and delivery vehicle and between the delivery vehicle and the customer's location
- willingness to lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to rarely lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to infrequently climb ladders to perform cleaning duties, change signs, perform maintenance
- willingness to navigate five or more flights of stairs
- willingness to crouch, bend, and reach when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning
