Job Summary
Plan and schedule driver routes for all sales and branches using Sharepoint, Excel, and company software. Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and moves of copiers and printers. Balance multiple installs, monitor incoming orders, and manage product transfers between company warehouses. File delivery paperwork and escalate issues to management when necessary. This role requires constant communication, composure under pressure, and strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications

- 2-year prior experience in a scheduling or dispatch position
